2. Our Services

Rooted Remnant LLC provides faith-based leadership and life skills mentoring programs for secondary students (ages 12-18). Our services include:

• 12-week Character & Leadership mentoring programs
• Individual and group mentoring sessions
• Executive functioning skills training
• Professional leadership development
• ESA and educational funding program enrollment support

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to the following terms:

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or ESA/ClassWallet approval
• Payment plans may be available for qualifying families
• ESA funds may be used for eligible families through our approved provider partnerships
• Program fees are due prior to session start dates unless other arrangements are made

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before session: Full refund or credit toward future sessions
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before session: 50% refund or full credit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before session: No refund, but credit may be issued at our discretion
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

For ESA-funded programs, refunds are subject to ESA program guidelines and may require separate processing.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our website and participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Arrive on time for scheduled mentoring sessions
• Participate in good faith and adhere to program guidelines
• Treat all staff, mentors, and fellow participants with respect
• Not engage in any unlawful or prohibited behavior
